Joyality: Empowerment for Conscious Change

The Joyality Program

Feeling overwhelmed or disempowered by the state of our world? Want to make an effective positive difference by focusing on what you're really passionate about? Need relief from "activist burnout"? Or simply want to feel more relaxed, happy and fully alive?

The Joyality Program is an adventure in ecopsychology that includes guided meditations and journaling practises, supported by weekly sharing circles with accredited facilitators. Accessible on your phone or tablet, participants are guided into deep nature connection and empowerment wherever you are.

New concepts and tools will help you process your feelings about the state of our world, feel vitally restored by nature, gain clarity about your personal passions and gifts, and become empowered to take more streamlined action for a sustainable and regenerative future.

Through participating in The Joyality Program you will also find community and become connected to a diverse global network of conscious changemakers.

Our Mission

Our vision for this non-profit project, auspiced by Friends of Foresthaven Inc., is to provide ecopsychological resources to anyone who needs them. All donations, no matter how large or small, provide scholarships for young adults and activists to participate in the program.
